I came across this on Griz’s website. It’s the complete story of a 17 years old high school student named  Jason Pereira who has developed his own way of making more than $5000 a month “flipping websites” on the Internet.

“Flipping Websites” … ??? … What’s that? Well, it’s Jasons way of selling websites on the Web … or … his way of showing others how to sell websites on the Web … or … his way of showing people how to create a website with minumum effort that sells on the Web … or … confused?

Well, the good news are that Jason is reavealing his method for free on a new “How To Make Money on the Internet”-website called make-money-dynamo.

He offers people to download free his e-book about his method, an e-book I have read myself and can confirm that tells the full story without leaving anything out.

The only “catch” is that you have to sign up to his postlist to get the book and read about his method.

But that’s not a high price to pay for info like this … I mean … the VERY best way to make money on the Internet is to learn exactly how others are doing it … and Jason is not afraid to tell you exactly how he’s doing it.

In fact … Jason is only 17 years old and judging from his work so far … It is nothing but wise to sign up to his postlist and learn from this young man. I predict that he will soon be gathering around him a lot of followers as he obviously has discovered the core principle of making money on the web … Help others to do it!

Looking for a software that could open the template for me I came across http://openoffice.org.

After downloading the software I realized that it could not only open the e-book template with the .odt extension but also export it to an PDF-file which would enable me to upload my book (after writing it of course) to my server.

But OpenOffice does a lot more and the best part is … it is an Open Source software which means that anyone can download it for free and then add the evergrowing extensions (plugins) for it.

OpenOffice.org is both a product and an open-source project. Both have been in existence since October 13, 2000. OpenOffice.org 1.0, the product, was released on April 30, 2002.

OpenOffice.org’s Mission Statement is…

When he started this site his only aim was to make money with Adsense.

To do that he aimed for the keywords that would drive traffic to his site.

Today this site (and his many other sites) have become a hugh and valuable resource for people that want to learn how to make money on the Internet.

As Griz points out himself, he does not follow any “Guru or A-list” method in creating his income, he just follows his own guidelines which are based on the common sense: “the more traffic you get - the more income you make”.

When browsing the web, looking for opportunities, you will at some point – if you haven’t already – come across the terms “Resell rights”, “Private label rights” and “Master resell rights”.

What is this, what does it mean and how can it benefit you?

Well, to put it as short as possible … when you come across a product that has any of the above terms linked to it you know that you can sell this product yourself – on your site f.ex. – keep the profits for yourself and/or create your own affiliate program with it.

Resell rights = You can download the product and sell it but you can not change the sales page (if any) or the content in any way.

Master resell rights = Same as Resell rights but now you can sell the product WITH the resell right (makes it more interesting for the buyer).

Private label rights = All above, but with PLR you can alter the content of the product and sell it as your own.

Tip: Besides selling these products, many of them also come with “Giveaway rights” which means that you can use them to give your visitors/customers, either “as is” or as a bonus with other products you sell or for signing up to your postlist or … well, I am sure you’ll find a purpose for giving!

There is a site on the net called SureFireWealth that stocks thousands of e-books, software and programs that come with resell rights, master resell rights and private label rights.

They also teach beginners how to do it.
